Hi Reader, Lately, I’ve been thinking about how yoga shows up even when we don’t feel like unrolling the mat. Some days, I don’t want to flow through a whole sequence...and that’s okay. Yoga doesn’t have to look like a full class. It can be as simple as one breath, one pause, or one mindful moment. And since September is National Yoga Month, it feels like the perfect reminder: yoga isn’t just about big practices, it’s also about the little ones you return to throughout your day. Recommitting to your practice doesn’t have to mean more time or effort - it can mean remembering that yoga meets you where you are, always. Here are some of the ways I’ve been practicing yoga on those “not today” days: ✨ 3 deep breaths at my desk I put together a little blog about this if you’d like to read more: It’s been grounding for me to remember that yoga isn’t just about poses, but also about how we move through our day and the little ways we reconnect with ourselves.
