Hi Reader, Boulder friends! We’re back outside and it feels SO good. Practicing yoga on the grass is not only fun, it’s sooo healing. Nature grounds us, literally. I recently started a new full-time job in digital marketing, and while I’m grateful, some yoga projects have taken a pause. It’s a good reminder that yoga isn’t about doing more, but about coming back to center, even when things shift. 🌱 This month in our outdoor classes, we’re focusing on grounding through simple movement and breath to anchor you when life speeds up. Yoga Tip: 🌼 One way to stay grounded and steady in busy moments? Take 3 deep breaths before you transition - from work to rest, indoors to outside, screen to person. This helps reset your nervous system in tiny but powerful ways. 🗓 Upcoming Park Yoga Classes (Martin & Chautauqua Parks): Exciting news! in addition to our weekly Tuesday Park Yoga classes, I'll be subbing a class on Thursday, May 8th for the amazing Ciara (The Planted Yogi) in Chataqua Park for her weekly Yoga Hikes! Join us for yoga flow in nature, followed by a hike around Chataqua Park.
