☀️ May Park Yoga Schedule + Finding Balance in Busy Seasons


Hi Reader,

Boulder friends! We’re back outside and it feels SO good. Practicing yoga on the grass is not only fun, it’s sooo healing. Nature grounds us, literally.

I recently started a new full-time job in digital marketing, and while I’m grateful, some yoga projects have taken a pause. It’s a good reminder that yoga isn’t about doing more, but about coming back to center, even when things shift.

🌱 This month in our outdoor classes, we’re focusing on grounding through simple movement and breath to anchor you when life speeds up.

Yoga Tip: 🌼 One way to stay grounded and steady in busy moments? Take 3 deep breaths before you transition - from work to rest, indoors to outside, screen to person. This helps reset your nervous system in tiny but powerful ways.


🗓 Upcoming Park Yoga Classes (Martin & Chautauqua Parks):

Exciting news! in addition to our weekly Tuesday Park Yoga classes, I'll be subbing a class on Thursday, May 8th for the amazing Ciara (The Planted Yogi) in Chataqua Park for her weekly Yoga Hikes! Join us for yoga flow in nature, followed by a hike around Chataqua Park.
